Client Referral Bonus

All you have to do is use the three form fields below to let us know who might be interested in benefiting from our Social Media Services. They can be an Individual, a Business, or a Brand.

We'll email the person you referred to us and we'll mention that we already serve you. We will offer that person an online demonstration of our service. If they don't reply, or do not express interest, then we won't email them again. If the person you have referred to us comes on board as a client, we give you 10% of the fees we get from that client for a period of at least Twelve Months. We send the money directly into your chosen Paypal account, or if you like we can simply credit it to your account with us so that you can spend it on Advertising for your campaign.

Socially Tuned will pay you 10% of the continuing revenues it earns from all clients that you introduce Socially Tuned to (for a maximum continuous term of 12 months in each case)

Your only involvement is the *initial introduction to Socially Tuned of that client, but you are paid your earnings (10% of the revenue from each introduced client) on a continuing basis thereafter for as long as they remain a client of Socially Tuned (but not exceeding 12 months in each case).

Here is an example of how it would work;

If a prospect was to engage Socially Tuned now or at any future time then they will do so by Subscribing to our 1MC Social Media Advertising Campaign Service at a monthly cost of $1499.

This means that within 24 hours of those funds (the first subscription payment) clearing in the Socially Tuned bank account you would receive $150.00 USD. You would then continue to receive your percentage every time they renewed (paid for) their subscription (for a total period of 12 months).

Terms

1. Your 10% fee applies only to the singular referred party in each case. So for example, you would earn your fee on a successful client conversion by Socially Tuned but if that client that you had earned 10% on was to refer us to another prospective client then that would not be a part of this arrangement (excepting in the case that you referred that other party first ie. point 5.)

2. Your 10% would not include revenues designated specifically and separately for additional advertising budgets as these funds go directly to the Ad Provider. In addition, no other Socially Tuned service is included in this arrangement.

3. Socially Tuned undertakes to keep this (the fee aspect only) arrangement entirely confidential between itself and you the referrer, (the referred third party will not be informed of your fee) but you may choose to disclose the details of it to the third party at your own discretion.

4. This referral program only applies to the service known as "1MC Social Media Advertising Campaign" and is only valid for purchases at the advertised full rates. Socially Tuned commits to ensuring that your referred parties are not sold to at less than the advertised rates.

5. Socially Tuned cannot pay multiple referral partners for the same referral. This means that in the event a prospect becomes a client as a result of two separate referrer actions then the first referrer to have sent the prospect information to Socially Tuned becomes the sole Payee. Socially Tuned undertakes to reveal the name of the successful referrer to the secondary referrer for the purposes of transparency.

6. Any bank (or Paypal) charges for international monetary transfer (of your fee to your nominated account) will be deducted from your fee.

*Initial introduction- This is defined as any new prospect contacting Socially Tuned and either naming you as the referrer or you naming them (via an email to Socially Tuned) before or at the point they contact Socially Tuned. Also applicable is an email from you to them by way of introduction of Socially Tuned and its services.
