All Subscription payments for Socially Tuned Services are managed by Paypal. Therefore, in order to cancel an
active subscription with Socially Tuned the client will need to use the process described below

The Socially Tuned service known as "1MC Social Media Advertising Campaign" may also be referred to in this terms and conditions section as either "1MC", "The 1MC Service", "1MC Service", "Campaign Engine" or "Campaign Engine Service". The client is subject to the terms and conditions stated on this page where and when those additional terms are used.
The 1MC Social Media Advertising Campaign service is a process that requires a good level of communication between Socially Tuned, and the Client in order to ensure a successful and sustainable outcome as defined on the 1MC service Page of the Socially Tuned website. Socially Tuned personnel will make themselves available as required for on-line video meetings and the client must do likewise. Failure by the client to attend regular online video meetings (at least two per month are deemed as necessary for either subscription or invoiced term), and/or to respond in a timely manner to Socially Tuned email correspondence will release Socially Tuned from any obligation to deliver service. Failure of the client to attend an online meeting with Socially Tuned at the required level means that Socially Tuned cannot and will not be held responsible for the potential inactive status (either temporarily or permanently) of the client's Social Networks due to any stated infringement of the respective Social Network in each case.
The Campaign Engine service includes a Campaign Manager and three other team members. The Campaign Engine service does not include the role of Community Manager. Community Management is not a service that Socially Tuned offers or includes as part of its chargeable service. It is the complete responsibility of all Socially Tuned clients to monitor their own Social Networking Profiles and Pages for inquiries, comments, questions, feedback, etc either directly from within those Profiles and Pages or from within the appropriate area of the Campaign Dashboard. Socially Tuned regularly monitors the clients' Profiles and Pages for such audience responses but this is provided on a purely basic and what should be considered as a backup level.
Socially Tuned produces all content in advance which is placed in the 1MC Campaign Dashboard (also known as the 1MC Social Dashboard). The standard 1MC Social Media Advertising Campaign service is for one post per day, five days per week. For the purpose of clarity, a Post in this case is defined as a static image, that may be either accompanied by some text or it may include some text within the static image. In the case of the Campaign Engine each daily post will go out to up to four different Social Networks on each of those five days (per week). There is also a stated allowance for Video content (details on our 1MC service page). In all four cases (that being the four different networks) it will be the same content but with slight edits in order to comply with the necessary best practices of each Social Network. It is the final responsibility of the Client to use the Campaign Dashboard to check the content that has been produced for them by Socially Tuned. Socially Tuned provides access for all clients to the Campaign Dashboard at the Campaign start stage. This means that all clients can see (and change/delete if they wish) content that has been prepared and scheduled for publishing through their Social Networks before it goes live through those Client Social Networks. The client, therefore, has complete and final responsibility for all of the standard posting content that Socially Tuned produces and publishes for them, and therefore each client has a responsibility to check the content thoroughly before it goes live on their Social Networks or live on the social networks in general. Indeed, for the avoidance of doubt - The Client has the final and ultimate responsibility (with no fault being attributed to Socially Tuned) of all content posted through their social networks whether that being posted content or content served as an Ad, even in the case where such content is not made available in the campaign dashboard (as in the case of Ads). This means that Socially Tuned cannot and will not be held responsible for the negative reaction to such content either by the client or the client target demographic or any social media users or other persons, and further Socially Tuned states that all clients are responsible for all or any copyright infringement claims made against them or Socially Tuned for content used on their website or Social Networks even in the case where Socially Tuned produced and/or provided such content. The client is fully responsible for any breach of legality or negative reaction.
If content that Socially Tuned produces is dependent on submissions from the client then such content submissions should be submitted before the end of the day each Thursday (for content for the following week). The Campaign Engine service uses the process of Content Curation. That means Socially Tuned will only use content that already exists. Socially Tuned does create ad and posting content as necessary from time to time and the various social network platforms may also create and edit such content using AI or otherwise. The client has full responsibility for all such content. If any of the service elements on the 1MC Service page are not delivered at all or at the frequency stated on that page due to the client either not approving the Socially Tuned submitted content, not sufficiently assisting with the service process (such as failure to attend regular required meetings or timely response to Socially Tuned emails) or the client not being ready or prepared for implementation, or delivery of the stated service elements, or any content being deemed as unsuitable by the client then the client will not be entitled to a Refund of any subscription or invoice payment they have paid. This applies to any unused Ad Budget allocation also, where the client has no product available to sell or is not ready to deliver a service. Furthermore, if a client receives only partial or even zero content posting (to their networks) during their paid subscription or invoiced term due to the client not being happy with Socially Tuned submitted content (or simply not allowing Socially Tuned to post the content that they have produced for any reason) then this is also not grounds for a refund. The Campaign Engine Service does not include Content Creation (the creation of original copy) except in such situations as Socially Tuned feels it may be needed. The various social network platforms may also create or edit posting or ad content either before or after publishing on their respective networks and this is the responsibility of the client to accept any outcome that such content may cause.
The service known as the 1MC Social Media Advertising Campaign (or any part of that service) does not include, state, or promise an outcome of any kind (such as website Conversions or online sales), other than simply the delivery of targeted traffic to the client's nominated Website, Website Landing Page or otherwise online page of any other nature. The Campaign Engine service does not include any Graphic Design elements of service. If the client requires the use of specially prepared (or created) images (for example; images that contain the client logo or color/branding theme) then the client must produce those images themselves and then make them available for Socially Tuned to use in the Campaign. Socially Tuned are specialists in curating and posting content that performs favorably with the algorithms of the various Social Networks. Socially Tuned will not construct an Advertising or Engagement Campaign on the client's own Social Networks or relevant Business Manager account. Socially Tuned will use its own Pinterest, X, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube account. All Advertising and Engagement Campaigns will be constructed in the relevant Socially Tuned registered and operated Profile, Page, or Business Manager or Advertisement Management system of the relevant social networks in the Campaign Engine Service package. Socially Tuned can only use the inclusive Promoted Post Budget (for the client's designated Page or Profile) in the event that the client provides Socially Tuned with sufficient audience targeting details. If the client fails to provide audience targeting details within the first two months of a campaign then the inclusive Promoted Post Budget for Facebook, Instagram (or Linkedin) is no longer available to be utilized on the campaign (and in any event is also non-refundable). The 1MC Social Media Advertising Campaign service does not include guidance from Socially Tuned (to the client) on audience demographics for any element of the service package. Each client is expected to know the demographic that they wish to target, and further Socially Tuned will not be held responsible for any audience targeting (or mis-targeting) for either Ads or promoted posts on any social network. The Campaign Engine Service does not include sharing access with the client to any Social Media platforms (or Ad panel dashboards) operated directly by and registered to Socially Tuned. This refers to any data stored in Linkedin, Twitter, Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, or TikTok that is generated as a result of Post Promotion or Advertising Campaigns conducted by Socially Tuned (using the inclusive budgets) for the client during or after the Subscription. The Campaign Engine Service will only serve (and is only sufficient for) one website for the duration of its purchased term. If the client has additional websites then these will have to be served by additional complete purchases of the Campaign Engine Service. In any event, if the client fails to instruct Socially Tuned to use all of the allocated inclusive Post Promotion Budget on their 1MC Campaign during the paid 1MC Campaign Term then such budget is not refundable or usable after the clients paid 1MC Campaign Term has ended.
All key components of the 1MC Social Media Advertising Campaign service are dependent on third-party providers such as; Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Instagram, Pinterest (and other Social Networks and Search Engines that may in the future be added in writing to the 1MC Stated service level). The clients purchase of the Campaign Engine Service means that the client accepts that some components of Campaign Engine Service cannot be delivered in the event of unavailability (Downtime) by those named and otherwise third-party providers. Furthermore, Socially Tuned cannot and will not be held responsible for the action or decision of the respective Social Networks to limit or deprive the use of service to any client for any reason. Socially Tuned is not, and cannot be held responsible for posted content or Advertising content that may have been changed, constructed or re-constructed prior to or during deployment to the social networks by the intervention of the respective social network personnel or a coded change such as through the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI). The 1MC Service from Socially Tuned only includes any four of the following networks; Instagram, Facebook (Business Page), TikTok, YouTube,Twitter, Linkedin (Company Page), Google My Business or Pinterest. If Socially Tuned offers to help, assist, or serve any other network or platform that is in addition to those offered on the 1MC page of the Socially Tuned website or if the Socially Tuned Team or individuals offer help with any other element of client needs or requests not included in the written inclusive service elements on the 1MC page then this is at the kindness and discretion of the Socially Tuned Team or members thereof and such additional service (of any kind) is not grounds for client dissatisfaction or a claim for a refund. Each client is ultimately responsible for the operational state of their own Social Profiles and Pages (even and including social pages and social profiles that may have been originally set up for the client by Socially Tuned). If Socially Tuned cannot get access (in order to post prepared content) to any (or all) of the client Social Networks (for any reason, and/or at any time) then that cannot be used as grounds by the client to request a pause or cancellation of a Campaign. Socially Tuned does not store any data contained in the 1MC Dashboard beyond the end of a term of service provided to a client. It is the responsibility of the client to extract any data they may need to retain from the 1MC Dashboard before the end of term of service.
The Campaign Engine Service is delivered over fixed terms of; 14 Day Subscription, or One Month. All of those terms (lengths) of Service are fixed and cannot be extended or amended. The start point for each of those different terms (lengths) of service in each case is the date that the First Campaign Meeting took place. The end of each term is then either; 14 Days, or One Month from the exact date of that First Campaign Meeting. The actual subscription payment dates are separate from this and are explained on the 1MC Service page of our website. Socially Tuned requires the first subscription payment from the client in order to allow for commencement of service upon the date of the First Campaign Meeting. The Start Date for Campaign Engine Service is not related to the actual payment dates for Service Subscription. The client chooses the date of the first subscription payment by entering into the chosen subscription term with Paypal at the point that they pay the first payment with their payment card. At that point the client is advised by Paypal that they are agreeing that further same amount payments will be deducted from their nominated payment card either 14 days later or one month later (dependent on which of these two the client selected) and then continuing that payment schedule in continuation until the client may decide to cancel the subscription. Socially Tuned provides a courtesy to all clients whereby upon first payment from the client, actual service delivery is not deemed to have started until the First Campaign Meeting. This ensures that the client gets the fullest value for the initial term they have chosen (either 14 days or one month). This means that a subscription payment cycle will be different dates from actual service cycle. However, each of these will be either 14 days or one month in each case. It is therefore possible that a client may decide to cancel (or instruct Socially Tuned by writing, email to cancel or pause) a subscription immediately after a subscription payment has been taken from the clients nominated payment card, and the client might then decide that they do not wish Socially Tuned to continue service (or to take future subscription payments). In this case, Socially Tuned will not provide a refund of any amount except in the circumstance where the client states within the actual written refund request that the request is due to failure of Socially Tuned to deliver any elements of stated service as written on the Socially Tuned website as description for the particular service. In this case Socially Tuned and the Client will then enter into The Refunds Policy (which is detailed on the Socially Tuned website). If the client does not state (in the manner just described) that the refund request is for possible failure of service delivery elements then Socially Tuned does not provide a refund for any payments already taken from the client. Instead, Socially Tuned commits to providing the balance of service to the client that is remaining of the prevailing service term as defined by the last subscription payment that the client paid. In some cases this could be a term of service of up to 31 days that Socially Tuned will then offer to deliver after a refund request. The client will not be permited to cite or raise as an issue, or otherwise state that a past or recent refund request is due to a failure of service delivery by Socially Tuned. Stating such a reason after having made a refund request is not permissable. Socially Tuned meets clients by video call on a regular basis and also corresponds as much or more frequently through email and Socially Tuned requires the client to state any issues that may initiate the Refund Policy before a refund is requested by the client. The specific action of the Social Media Posting element of the Campaign Engine Service does not define the Campaign term length. If the client buys the Campaign Engine Service but then feels that they are not ready to take full advantage of such service (and all elements of service that are detailed as a part of that service on our website) then they may request (in writing/email) a postponement of the First Campaign Meeting for up to Three Months. In effect, this means the client can defer service to a time of their choosing within that three-month period (up to three months from date of payment to First Campaign Meeting). The 14 Day Subscription and the One Month Term are excluded from this offer. In the event that the client chooses to defer (delay) the start of a Campaign (Start date of the Campaign Engine Service) then Socially Tuned will not provide any level of work or service in the intervening time between payment and the First Campaign Meeting (save for the necessary communication to arrange the First Campaign Meeting). All services which are detailed on all pages of this website are only available as priced and described if they are paid for using Paypal buttons on this website (or paid via direct bank transfer payment if the client is unable to use the subscription option). Any payment made to Socially Tuned via any other payment channel is subject to the terms, agreements, and structure of such third-party-specific arrangements. Socially Tuned does not enter into a contract or any other agreement with the client for the delivery of any service that Socially Tuned offers or is engaged for. If a client has policies, terms and conditions, or any other documented or otherwise structure of operational and/or organizational policies or terms then Socially Tuned is not subject to these. Socially Tuned does not sign non-disclosure agreements with clients or prospective clients of any of its published and priced services on the Socially Tuned website or services offered by email. Any non-disclosure agreement that may be submitted to a Socially Tuned contractor, employee, or company director and returned to the sender as signed (or agreed with) is unauthorized and not valid unless such non disclosure agreement is directly addressed to and duly signed by the designated director of Socially Tuned Limited known as Michael Forwell. Therefore the client or supplier or otherwise must have the name and authorized signature of Michael Forwell on the non-disclosure agreement for it to be acknowledged as valid by Socially Tuned or any other party anywhere else, and further such document must then be signed by Michael Forwell for the document to have any legal merit or value in any country. No other individual other than Michael Forwell has the authority to sign an NDA on behalf of Socially Tuned Limited.
The stated terms and guarantees of the Search Engine Advertising Service are only deliverable in a United States targeted campaign. The X Power Service can only be delivered as part of the Campaign Engine service. In the event that the client decides not to continue with the Campaign Engine service (or fail to pay for said service in advance) then it will no longer be possible for Socially Tuned to deliver the X Power Service. In any event, the X Power Service is not refundable under any circumstances. In the event that the X Account (to be used for the delivery of the X Power Service) is suspended or otherwise unavailable for use or posting, then this does not have an effect on the delivery of the service. This means that the service is deemed to continue even in the event that the X Actions cannot be delivered.
The Linkedin Connections Growth Program which is a
service element of the Linkedin Campaign Engine requires Socially Tuned to have full access to the designated Linkedin Profile including the user name and password for that Profile. The Linkedin
Connections Growth Program is not an assurance or guarantee of any increase in Connection levels for the clients designated Linkedin Profile. It is a task that Socially Tuned will carry out at the
stated level of requests in order to improve the likelihood of an increase in Connection levels.
The subscription or invoiced payment of 1MC Social Media Advertising Campaign is not just for Content to be produced for the client and delivered through the client's nominated Social profiles and
pages. It is for all elements of the service as described on the 1MC page of the Socially Tuned website. That means that during the first 14 days of service or the first month of service (and
not excluding further months) Socially Tuned is deemed to be delivering full service (from the date of the First Campaign Meeting) even in the absence of content being posted through the client's
social profiles and pages. Any Socially Tuned services (including the 1MC Social Media Advertising Campaign) can be canceled at any time. Cancelation of a subscription or subscription paid by invoice
or Paypal invoice by the client does not entitle the client to a refund for the Month or otherwise length of term or any other service and its stated deliverables or duration that they have paid in
advance, except in the case of the normal terms of the Socially Tuned Refund Policy. Socially Tuned will deliver service for that entire remaining term provided that Socially Tuned has the full
co-operation of the client.
The 1MC Social Media Advertising Campaign includes a process detailed under the heading "This is what happens as soon as you subscribe". The process as described is applied within the stated conditions but is not guaranteed to operate within the stated conditions due to external factors that Socially Tuned may not be able to control such as email delivery delays etc (and other possible issues). The 1MC service became available as a monthly subscription in May 2022. The 1MC service became available as a 14 Day Subscription in 2023. All terms and conditions on this page (and the 1MC Service Page) are applicable to all Subscription purchases and processes whether paid by the Paypal Subscription process or the pre-paid Paypal Invoicing process.
Refunds Policy - Socially Tuned will refund the client for any period of time the client has paid for where Socially Tuned can be shown to have failed to deliver the elements of service detailed on the various Campaign Engine Service pages subject to the Socially Tuned terms & conditions and refunds policy. The client does not have access to and is not entitled to the Socially Tuned refunds policy in the case where the client is stating or claiming an outcome or event for which the Socially Tuned terms and conditions would otherwise exclude. Such refund action is also subject and conditional to Socially Tuned being notified (in writing by the client) of such failure to deliver said elements of service. In any event, Socially Tuned will be given a period of 14 days to work with the client after receiving the aforementioned written notification to resolve any issue of failure of delivery of the elements of service as detailed on those aforementioned web pages which have been sent in writing by the client. This 14 day period must involve the client attending at least one 30 minute online meeting each 7 days. If Socially Tuned refuses to work with or meet online with the client (for the 14 day period after having received written notification) to resolve the (as written and notified) issue then the client is entitled to a refund for the period of time during which the particular disputed service was undelivered. If the client does not work with Socially Tuned by abiding with those same requirements (or refuses to, or cannot for any other reason) to resolve the issue (in the 14 day period following written notification) then a refund is not applicable. The refund process is only available for items of service as stated on the 1MC Social Media Campaign Engine Service web page (those being the bold bullet-pointed items at the top of the 1MC web page and as further defined in the pertaining paragraphs below such Bullet pointed items. In the event that a client asks for a refund without first submitting to Socially Tuned in writing their claim that 1MC service elements may not or have not been delivered then such a refund request is not valid. The Campaign Budgets (for amounts of Targeted Audience Impressions) on the Facebook/Instagram Advertising Campaign page of the Socially Tuned website are non-refundable. They are also non-transferable to any other service. Advertising packages termed as "Special Agency package, or Facebook/Instagram Ads, or Linkedin Advertising that are purchased by Paypal invoice are not refundable under any circumstances. In the event that the client decides not to continue with the Campaign Engine Service then the stated Targeted Audience Impressions Guarantee (as purchased on the Facebook/Instagram Advertising Campaign page of the Socially Tuned website) is no longer valid. Socially Tuned cannot, nor will not refund or reimburse to the client any monies paid for Facebook, Instagram, or Linkedin advertising packages. Such Advertising packages are made available to Socially Tuned on a prepay basis from the social networks concerned. All monies from the client for such Ad packages are immediately handed directly to the relevant social network or networks in exchange for the benefits of the respective package or packages. the Socially Tuned Video Production Service (including the TikTok and Instagram Reels Service) is non-refundable and further, cannot be refunded in whole or in part in the event that the client ceases to continue with the Campaign Engine Service. Socially Tuned will not refund payment for any service, including payments made in advance up to 24 months, in the event that a client (the payer) is no longer able to operate as a business or other ongoing entity. All of the information regarding Socially Tuned refund policy is here on this page on the Socially Tuned website at all times and Socially Tuned state at all times on the 1MC Subscription page (the webpage where the client subscribes to service) the following: "Your subscription to this service means you have read and accepted our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy, which can be read in full by simply Clicking Here". Therefore Socially Tuned does not accept a client refund request based on (or associated with) the claim by the client that they did not see such a message on our website or that they did not read it.
Our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy is fully effective for all existing (including former clients of the previous 12 month period) Socially Tuned clients no matter what rate they pay for service.
Privacy Policy - Socially Tuned does not store credit card details nor does Socially Tuned share customer details with any 3rd parties.
Price Promise - Socially Tuned will never increase your service rates for the Campaign Engine Service once you come on board (subject to the conditions below). The price you pay from your first day with Socially Tuned is the price you will be charged from that point. This price promise only applies for as long as you remain a full Campaign Engine Service client in continuity. Continuity in this context means that you pay Socially Tuned (for another same term) at least 90 days before the end (date) of your existing term (or in the case of the Subscription payments system, you pay the Subscription fee continuously and without interruption). If you are late paying for another term (less than 90 days from the end date of your present term) then you can only re-engage Socially Tuned at the prevailing rate (on the Socially Tuned website) at that time. The Price Promise may in some cases require the client to engage for a Twelve Month Term in order to obtain such original rate. Socially Tuned still has its first client from June 2011. That client has paid Socially Tuned in accordance with those terms in continuity and therefore that client still pays the same original rate for service to this day. This Price Promise policy is designed to encourage client loyalty and to eliminate costly Credit Control expenditure. Socially Tuned may offer special payment terms to clients upon request. If the client fails to pay within such agreed terms then the client is subject to the current service rates on the Socially Tuned website and this new rate is backdated to the commencement date of their current term.
